Thursday Night Football Public Bets & Trends: Bettors High on Tyreek Hill Props Ahead of Dolphins vs. Bengals

While the Cincinnati Bengals came out of the gates a little rusty following their trip to the Super Bowl last season, it’s been quite the opposite for the Miami Dolphins.

However, the 3-0 Dolphins will play the role of underdog when they travel to Cincinnati to take on the 1-2 Bengals for Thursday Night Football.

Per DraftKings, the Dolphins will be +3.5 underdogs and +150 on the money line when they take on Cincinnati on Thursday. And even though the public is behind the Dolphins, the line movement continues to trend in the Bengals’ direction.

Betting Trends For Thursday Night Football

Per BetMGM data analyst John Ewing, the Dolphins opened as 2.5-point underdogs, with the line moving to 3.5 just hours before kickoff. There have been 55% of bets and 56% of money of the Dolphins to cover their spread. And on the money line, there have been 76% of bets on the Dolphins as underdogs, but 53% of the money is coming in on the Bengals to win the game.

Additionally, bettors have been taking a whole bunch of Tyreek Hill props for Thursday Night Football.

The most bet props are currently at Hill to score the first touchdown (+750), Hill anytime touchdown (-110) and Hill over in yards receiving (72.5).

In the Dolphins’ upset win over the Buffalo Bills last week, Hill had just two receptions for 33 yards. But this week carries some added importance for Hill, considering his longtime beef with Bengals corner Eli Apple.

“If Tyreek is matched up with him, and we call a play for Tyreek, and it’s one-on-one, I’m giving Tyreek his shot. Just know that. He is getting the ball,” said quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.
