UFC Odds:  Aljamain Sterling-Sean O’Malley odds for UFC 292

The final UFC 292 isn’t out, but ten fights have already been announced for the pay-per-view on August 18th. However, the headline fight between Aljamain Sterling and Sean O’Malley has been set for quite sometime. The early Sterling-O’Malley odds are out and they heavily favor the veteran Sterling. UFC bettors can grab Sterling as a -260 Moneyline favorite over Sean O’Malley at DraftKings.The price is close to Pinnacle’s early UFC odds for the fight which has Sterling at -261. BetOnline has the fight at -245 for Sterling compared to +210 on the O’Malley side.

At 33- years old, Aljamain Sterling has become a household name to UFC fans and bettors. The veteran is a mainstay in the Bantamweight division and is currently enjoying an extended title reign. Sterling won the Bantamweight Division title in March of 2021 against Petr Yan and has since defended against Yan himself, as well as defenses against TJ Dillashaw and Henry Cejudo. He has won nine straight fights dating to 2017 and is 23-3 in his UFC career.

Sterling is a steady veteran at the top of his weight class, but Sean O’Malley will look to change that. He is one of the most noted up and comers in the entire promotion. O’Malley has a 16-1 record in his UFC career including eleven knockout victories to one knockout defeat. He is also 1-0 in submissions. O’Malley has only seen three of his fights finish during his time in the UFC. The UFC odds for Aljamain Sterling-Sean O’Malley prop bets have yet to be released but it’s likely that this fight will also be favored to finish inside the five rounds.
