Jake Paul-Tommy Fury Betting Trends: Drake Places Massive Bet on Paul KO

The Jake Paul boxing show continues on Sunday afternoon when he (finally) takes on Tommy Fury in a pay-per-view event. The Paul-Fury event is getting a ton of betting attention, with Drake getting in on the fun. The latest Jake Paul-Tommy Fury betting report shows Drake has put the highest known wager on the bout.

Drake Places Massive Jake Paul-Tommy Fury Bet

Drake took to social media to reveal that he placed a whopping $400K on Paul to secure a knockout over Fury in the fight. It will pay out $1,440,000 if the bet cashes. Check out some of the latest Paul-Fury betting odds & trends, per DraftKings Sportsbook.

  • Moneyline: Jake Paul -155, Tommy Fury +130
  • Jake Paul by TKO/KO/DQ: +200
  • Draw: +1000
  • Tommy Fury by decision: +600
  • Tommy Fury by KO/TKO/DQ +225

Paul has been criticized for most of his career for not fighting “real boxers” in the ring, so perhaps he will finally get some respect for fighting an actual boxer in Tommy Fury. Paul’s last fight came against 47-year-old former UFC fighter, Anderson Silva.

Fury, though, has not fought a boxer with a winning record in his short career, being best known as the brother of heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury.

“I’m challenging myself more than most pro fighters, all pro fighters, in their seventh fight. Most pro fighters in their seventh fight are fighting guys with losing records,” Paul said to Sky Sports.

“I’m fighting now Tommy Fury, legendary bloodline, 8-0, in just my seventh fight. I’ve beaten a lot of people in sparring who are in the cruiserweight rankings so to me it makes sense. But of course the purists are always going to be mad at me.”

The latest betting odds and trends show that nobody is sleeping on Paul’s ability to finish another fighter before the final bell. And while Fury isn’t very accomplished in the ring, either, a knockout win would still send the fighting community headed for another debate surrounding Paul’s legitimacy.

Regardless, many big-time sports bettors (Drake included) will be ecstatic if Paul can secure the knockout win.
