Best Celtics-Heat NBA Same-Game Parlay for Game 4 | ECF

The Boston Celtics look like they gave up partway through Game 3. They carried that attitude into their various postgame press conferences. An air of quiet resignation permeated each one. Head coach Joe Mazzulla took the blame and promised to do better, but he might not get a chance until next season.

Jayson Tatum Under 35.5 Points

Jayson Tatum had his second-lowest-scoring game of the playoffs in Game 3. He shot 6-for-18 and recorded only 14 points. He finished with a brutal box plus-minus of -23. He is now averaging 27.8 points per game in the postseason and has beaten this number in just three of his 16 appearances. Tatum once dropped 49 on the Heat back in November, but that game feels long ago now. Let’s fade him at a teased-up number on Tuesday.

Jaylen Brown Under 27.5 Points

Jaylen Brown stared into the microphone for most of his postgame interview. It was understandable — he shot an embarrassing 6-for-17  from the floor and 0-for-7 from beyond the arc.  He tallied a playoff-low 12 points but still managed to turn the ball over three times. Brown has cleared the 28-point threshold just four times this postseason — and all of those games came against the Atlanta Hawks.

Kyle Lowry Over 8.5 Points

We have to pick somebody on the Miami Heat to trust, and at this number, why not back Kyle Lowry? Lowry may be averaging only 7.3 points per game in this series, but he is also averaging 9.5 points per game in the playoffs, and a bounce-back showing could be in the cards for him on Tuesday. Lowry averaged 13.3 points per game against the Celtics in the regular season and shouldn’t face much defensive resistance.

Miami Heat -1.5

The Heat are a 1.5-point favorite and have taken significant sharp action. VSiN, which indexes bets placed at DraftKings, reports that 84% of the handle is on Miami to cover. Pregame puts that number at 74%. With the sharps also expecting the Heat to finish this series in four, let’s lock this leg of our parlay in at FanDuel Sportsbook.
