Per BetMGM's John Ewing, James has the highest ticket percentage (19.2%) and handle percentage (25.0%) of any player in the All-Star Game field.
LeBron James was named the captain against Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo but did not participate in the media session leading up to the game due to a personal matter. The Lakers star made history earlier in the month when passing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the most points in NBA history.

"Tonight, I actually felt like I was sitting on top of the arena when that shot went in, and the roar from the crowd. I'm not sure if I would be able to feel that feeling again, unless it's a game-winning Finals shot.
"Everything just stopped. It gave me an opportunity to embrace it and look around and seeing my family, the fans, my friends. It was pretty cool. I probably can count on my hands how many times I have cried in 20 years, either in happiness or in defeat. So that moment was one of them when I kind of teared up a little bit. It was 'I can't believe what's going on' tears."
James has had the spotlight on him throughout his entire NBA career since landing the cover of Sports Illustrated as a high school standout growing up in Akron. He has answered all the hype admirably, and will once again have the spotlight Sunday night.
