NBA Parlay Picks Today: 2-Leg Parlay Bet for Monday
Scottie Barnes Over 20.5 Points (NBA Player Prop)
For the first of our NBA parlay picks today, we’re going back to a player you all know I have a #ManCrush on. It’s Scottie Barnes over 20.5 points against the Indiana Pacers today.
The Raptors have played two games against Indy this season, and both games flew over the total (132-131, 127-125). This game has, by far, the highest projected total tonight (244.5), so we should be looking at a ton of points again.
Of course, the entire world knows the Pacers play at one of the fastest paces in the league, but what they might not know is that Toronto is morphing into a fast team as well. Over the last 15 games, the Raptors are top 15 in pace and top 10 in pace over their last five games. The new additions — and subtractions — have given them a new identity.
So if we’re looking at points being scored tonight, we have to look at the best scoring option on the team that will likely be trailing and needing to get buckets to stay alive.
In two games against the Pacers, Barnes scored 29 and 20 points. So he cashed this prop once and died on the hook in the other.
The Pacers have struggled to defend small forwards this season, and they’ve allowed the fifth-most points per game to the position — 22.97.
Barnes averages 20 points per game, so we’re not asking for much of an outlier performance from the Raptors budding star. With the pace this game is likely to be played at, this feels strong.
Jalen Duren Over 10.5 Rebounds (NBA Player Prop)
Look, if I’m going to lose an insane 9-1 winning streak on props and a four-parlay-in-five-day winning streak, I’m going to go down with two players who have won me the most coin all season.
So if you thought the second of our NBA parlay picks today was going to be anyone OTHER than Jalen Duren, I’m going to politely ask you to exit the stage.
Duren has been an absolute rebounding machine. The fella is fifth in rebounds IN THE NBA this season … in his second season!
The Knicks have a couple of bigs that will be on the floor most of the time, which means Duren should get plenty of run to mitigate their presence. And with him needing to be on the floor a lot, the 10.5-rebound number seems like one we can’t pass up.
Duren has cashed this prop in almost 66% of his games this season (27 times in 41 games) and grabbed 12 boards in his only game against the Knicks in 2023-24.
