NBA No House Advantage – Best NBA Player Props

Jaren Jackson Jr. Under 8.0 Rebounds

This line is pretty high for a guy averaging less than seven rebounds a game on the season. Yes, Jackson has had a couple of good rebounding games in the last couple weeks, but he has only exceeded eight rebounds seven times in 29 games this season and hit exactly eight in another five games — good for rates of 24.1% over, 17.2% push and 58.6% under. Those pushes are key here, as No House Advantage has taken away any value on the over by making the line 8.0 instead of the 7.5 it is across the industry.

And while Phoenix is a faster-paced and worse-shooting team in its current state sans Devin Booker, et al, the Suns are still a pace down for the Grizzlies. Jackson is playing relatively modest minutes and projecting for 27.4 in this one, which also does not help his chances of pushing for nine rebounds. Stokastic has Jackson for 6.3 rebounds tonight, below his season average, and the under has a whopping 78% chance of hitting.

Ja Morant Under 9.0 Assists

Memphis’ matchup with the Suns is kind of a wild card for Morant’s assist production. Yes, they have allowed a lot of assists over the last five games (fifth most per game in the NBA), but the Suns have also not been terrible defensively in that time, ranking 16th in defensive efficiency. And despite getting blown out by the Grizzlies earlier this week, Phoenix held Morant to seven assists. So in essence, this matchup seems to be neither a boon nor a detriment to Morant’s production in that area.

Instead, the focus here should be on how high this line is. Like with Jackson’s rebounds, No House Advantage has moved Morant’s assists over/under a half point higher than where the sportsbooks have it. And since Morant has only hit 10 assists in 12 of 38 games (also two pushes), there is little value in playing the over. Plus, Morant is just 1-for-3 on this over in three matchups against the Suns already this season. With all that in mind, Stokastic projects Morant for 7.5 assists and a 74% chance of staying under.
