There won’t be many weeks this season that Alvin Kamara is in the plus money to score a touchdown. Sure, it’s a new quarterback under center for the New Orleans Saints in rookie Spencer Rattler, but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren’t exactly lighting it up defensively. They rank 25th in expected points added (EPA) allowed per play.
Another factor potentially keeping this number closer to even is Kamara’s inability to find the end zone against this defense since 2021. However, that’s unfair to Kamara — he missed one of these matchups in 2022 and was making his season debut in 2023.
