UFC Odds: Early Betting Lines for UFC Fight Night, Krylov Favored in Main Event (February 25)

Early betting lines are out for UFC’s Fight Night this Saturday. The promotion follows up an 11-fight card last week, with a bigger 13-fhgt slate capped by the main event between Nikita Krylov and Ryan Spann. It comes on the heels of the exciting pay-per-view in Australia that featured an instant classic between Islam Makhachev and Alexander Volkanovski. Sportsbooks have already released UFC odds and MMA bettors should continue monitoring the lines and checking out OddsShopper for news and analysis.

Those looking to bet on the UFC card should check out DraftKings Sportsbook. Bettors that have yet to sign up for an account on DraftKings can grab a $150 in bonus bets by winning a $5 moneyline wager!

UFC Betting Breakdown, Krlyov-Spann

Last week’s main event was a great follow-up to the banger between Makhachev and Alexander Volkanski. Erin Blanchfield entered as the underdog vs. Jessica Andrade, submitting her in the second round. Nikita Krylov and Ryan Spann’s opening UFC odds are similar to Blanchfield-Andrade.

Both fighters are coming off back-to-back wins in the Light Heavyweight division. Krylov defeated Volkan Oezdemir by unanimous decision at the UFC 280 pay-per-view in October. He tallied a first round knockout against Alexander Gustaffson in July. Prior to that he lost by submission to Paul Craig and by decision to Magomed Ankalaev.

Spann won his last fight against Dominick Reyes via first round knockout. He defeated Ion Cutelaba by a first round submission in May of 2022. Win or lose, Spann has not been involved in a fight that made it to the second round since a split decision victory against Sam Avery in May of 2020. That win was the last of an eight win streak for Spann. The stretch included a Light Heavyweight title victory against Alex Nicholson.

Spann’s streak of finishing or being finished in the first round should make the “inside the distance” prop bet odds pretty short. Sportsbooks have yet to price MMA prop bets for this week.

Bettors should check back at Oddsshopper.com throughout the week for more analysis as the UFC odds change and more betting markets are released.
