Quinten Post Injury Moves North Carolina-Boston College Odds
After Quintin Post suffered a sprained ankle late in the regular season, Boston College ruled him a game-time decision against North Carolina on Wednesday night. Based on the North Carolina-Boston College betting odds, the Eagles will need Post in the lineup for any chance to stick with North Carolina. DraftKings Sportsbook moved the Tar Heels to an 11.5-point favorite over Boston College on Wednesday afternoon.
Post warmed up with Boston college prior to the first-round matchup, but ultimate was left off the floor.
