The New Orleans Saints–Tampa Bay Buccaneers over/under total reflects that both teams are struggling to put points on the board. Ahead of the MNF showdown to cap Week 13, let’s take a look at where you can get the best bets in for the Saints-Buccaneers over/under.

In the Saints’ Week 11 game against the San Francisco 49ers, they were shut out in a 13-0 loss to drop to 4-8 on the season, tied for last place in the NFC South. But even after laying an egg, the Saints offense isn’t ranked all that terribly. They remain middle-of-the-pack (No.15) in terms of yards per game (347.3). But thanks to a -14-turnover ratio, they’ve had a tough time putting points on the board. They currently have just 20.4 PPG, but Tampa Bay hasn’t been any better offensively.
After Bruce Arians retired following the 2021-22 season, the Buccaneers offense around Tom Brady has taken a big step in the wrong direction. The Bucs have failed to score over 21 points in all but two games this season (losses to the Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs). After their 23-17 OT loss to the lowly Cleveland Browns in Week 12, they rank 27th in the NFL with just 18.2 PPG.
While OC Byron Leftwich is well-aware of the criticism and calls for his job, he isn’t paying any attention.
“Once I got cut as a player, I couldn’t get no lower than that. I stopped worrying about what people think,” Leftwich said, via ProFootballTalk. “When you’re losing, people get to say what they want. We earned that. It is what it is. We’re just trying to win football games. We’ll get to the end then we can say whatever we want, and we’ll add ’em up at the end and see where we’re at. We can handle anything that comes our way.”
Luckily for Brady, Leftwich, and the Buccaneers, they’ll have a chance to find a rhythm against a Saints defense that allows over 23 PPG. Even so, it’s safe to expect a low-scoring affair on MNF.
