Best Devin Booker Player Prop: Which Bet to Circle Ahead of Celtics-Suns

Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns have a real measuring stick opportunity on Wednesday night against a Boston Celtics team that has steamrolled the competition in the early going of the NBA season. With bettors all over the primetime matchup, let’s take a look at the best Booker prop for the game.

Best Devin Booker Prop For Celtics-Suns

Per Stokastic;s NBA Bet Pro prop tool, the best Devin Booker prop to take for the Wednesday slate is centered around his three-pointers. Per Unibet, Booker’s over/under 3-pointers is set at 2.5, and we’re circling the under (-109). According to OddsShopper’s projections, there is a 56% chance that Booker finishes with under 2.5 threes, ranking out at an 8% expected value rating.

Booker, like most NBA shooters, has been hot-and-cold not here-pointers all season long, but has only finished with over two threes in two of his last eight games. But in those games, Booker nearly went unconscious, making six of seven threes against the Chicago Bulls on Nov. 30 and making four of six threes against the Houston Rockets on Dec. 2. In the Suns’ last game against the Dallas Mavericks, Booker finished just 1-2 from three for an underwhelming 11 points.

When Booker gets hot, he’s proven time and again that he’s one of the most lethal players in the entire NBA, and during his 51-point performance against the Bulls, was hearing chants of “MVP” throughout.

“It’s the best,” Booker said about the home crowd to ESPN. “I don’t know how many sellout crowds that is in a row, but it’s impressive. Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, it doesn’t matter what day of the week it is. They show up and show out.”

The Suns will need another heroic effort from Booker to stick with the 20-5 Celtics on Wednesday night. But given the recent trends, we’re confident in the guard staying under on the 3-point total.
