We’ve got a tiny NBA card on tap this evening, with only three games for us to talk about. Still, we’ll have a leg for the marquee game between the Boston Celtics and New York Knicks on ABC. Leg #1: Paolo Banchero u6.5 AST | NBA Parlay Bet Today
This Paolo Banchero under is one of my top NBA player prop bets today. I personally bought in at -110, but it ticked down to -115 in most spots before I could publish my prop story. It’s now trading at -114 on FanDuel, which is where we’re locking in our NBA parlay picks today.
Banchero and the Orlando Magic will face the corpse of a Detroit Pistons team. However, they’re on the road and are playing again tomorrow. If this turns into a blowout as the market somewhat expects, Banchero may see his night end early.
Banchero is averaging only 5.2 assists per game on the year and 5.1 per game on the road. While he is averaging 6.6 assists per game in February, he has stayed under the seven-assist mark in his last two games.
Leg #2: Jaylen Brown u5.5 RBD
The Boston Celtics are fully healthy for this matchup with the New York Knicks. Jaylen Brown likely won’t need to do much on the glass in this spot, and he is averaging only 3.7 rebounds per game versus New York this season.
Brown’s rebounding splits point to value here. His average dips to five per game when Kristaps Porzingis plays and to 5.4 when Jayson Tatum is available. Brown came down with only five boards in his first game back from the All-Star Break, too.
The market is the ultimate source of value for this bet. Pinnacle, a sharp book, has the under 5.5 priced at -134, but we’re getting him at -115 on FanDuel.
