DraftKings Pick6 Predictions Today: Evan Mobley (April 12)

Well, we got one. Tough nights continue down the stretch of the regular season as star players may sit or even have extended time on the floor, despite a blowout. It’s the nature of any betting this deep into a long season, but that doesn’t mean we can’t find some value tonight. 15 games across the entire country highlight the sports scene on a Friday night, featuring plenty of teams still fighting for playoff positioning.

Here’s the lowdown on DraftKings Pick6: It is meant to mirror most pick’em sites, allowing you to build a two- to six-leg entry with larger payouts for more correct choices. However, the new product is peer-to-peer, meaning the strategy lies in beating other players in pre-selected tournaments rather than beating the house, making it important to be contrarian!

DraftKings Pick6 Predictions Today — NBA Slate

Nicholas Claxton M/L Than 10.5 Rebounds

The Nets are booking vacations and golf trips while the Knicks are gearing up for the post season. There’s a wide gap of talent between both teams but one thing that stands out is coaching. You probably don’t even know who coaches the Nets, but the Knicks head guy is notorious for unnecessarily playing starters deep into meaningless – at the time – games. Knicks up 30? Keep Jalen Brunson out on the floor!

That’s bad news for rebounders like Nic Claxton who have to deal with Isiah Hartenstein and the Knicks front court. We can’t factor blowouts in these games simply because the Knicks won’t sit guys until it’s too late. The LESS than 10.5 rebounds currently has a 15% EV edge against the market. The implied odds for Pick6 are -136, yet the true odds off OddsShopper sit at -197. This is a near -200 lay but we get it at -136. Play that edge every time and watch your bank roll grow.

DraftKings Pick6 Prediction: Nicholas Claxton LESS Than 10.5 Rebounds

Evan Mobley M/L Than 3.5 Assists

The Cavs and Pacers equally need a win tonight but most importantly in this game, the Cavs are healthy. Be it the front court or return of Donovan Mitchell, the Cavs are getting their groove back on offense. This might seem like a low number for Evan Mobley but throw caution in the wind here. Mobley is just about averaging 3.5 assists in the first 5 games of April, but just saw a spike in March – not really the rest of the year.

There’s a strong chance that through shot creation and not having the ball in pass to score chances, Mobley just won’t get to 4 dimes. We also rely on the Cavs players making shots if Mobley is passing out of coverage. Once again, we gain a massive edge on this play thanks to OddsShopper, as we have a near 12% EV spot to attack. The true odds are -181 which is far worse than the implied -136 on Pick6. Let’s keep the passing to a minimum, big guy and cash this play.

DraftKings Pick6 Prediction: Evan Mobley LESS Than 3.5 Assistss

Dennis Schröder M/L Than 6.5 Assists

OK back to this brutal Nets team but we go where the value dictates! Dennis Schröder is far from dominating this assists total, barely going MORE at times but for the most part staying LESS in losses, at least recently. The Nets aren’t winning this game as double-digit dogs, even sticking around the spread will be tough. Schröder won’t have enough time on the floor nor shot makers around him to hit 7 dimes on the night. That’s been the case even with a sweat where he’s stayed LESS than 6.5 in three of his last five games.

There’s a slight edge against the market here thanks again to the OddsShopper pick’em tool. We know the implied odds are -136 which beats the true odds of -165. By using this tool we can ensure we are getting the right play at a +EV price. We did that with all three plays for tonight.

DraftKings Pick6 Prediction: Dennis Schröder LESS Than 6.5 Assists
