No House Advantage NBA Prop Bets: Donovan Mitchell Pouring in Buckets With Darius Garland Out (October 26)

Wednesday brings plenty of action in the NBA, with 10 games on the schedule. A busy slate also means that there are plenty of props to sift through on No House Advantage. Let’s try to help narrow down the field by highlighting some favorable options to consider for NBA No House Advantage. NBA No House Advantage Props: Oct. 26

Donovan Mitchell, CLE vs. ORL: Over 24.5 Points

The Cavaliers brought in Mitchell to take some of the scoring pressure off of Darius Garland. Mitchell has not disappointed, scoring at least 31 points in each of his first three games with his new team. Garland has missed the last two games with an eye injury, which resulted in Mitchell scoring 32 and 37 points.

Garland is going to be out again Wednesday, leaving Mitchell to carry the Cavaliers scoring attack again. He’s going to play a ton and get all of the shot attempts that he can handle, so it’s a bit surprising to see this number set so low. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see him top 30 points again, let alone reach 25 points.

Ben Simmons, BKN at MIL: Under 13.5 Points

Entering this season, Simmons had not played basketball in over a year. He looks rusty and is having difficulty staying out of foul trouble, fouling out in two of three games. He will continue to be saddled with tough defensive assignments that could put him in a precarious position on a nightly basis.

Playing alongside Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving isn’t going to lead Simmons with a lot of scoring opportunities. He hasn’t scored more than 7 points in any of his three games, attempting a total of just 13 shots. The Nets want him to play defense and help set up Durant and Irving on the offensive end, so don’t expect Simmons to get many shot attempts in this game either.

Jalen Green, HOU at UTA: Over 2.5 3-Pointers Made

Green was one of the Rockets main scorers during his rookie season, averaging 17.3 points and 2.3 3-pointers per game. He was even more productive down the stretch, posting 22.0 points per game and 3.2 3-pointers over his final 25 contests. The Rockets play at a fast pace and struggle defensively, which often puts them in high-scoring games in which they need Green to shine.

Green has continued to score in bunches this season, averaging 24.0 points and 3.3 3-pointers through four games. He’s made at least three 3-pointers three times and has attempted at least five 3’s in all four games. After making four of his eight 3-point attempts against the Jazz on Monday, he should hit the over on this number in their rematch.

Kevin Porter Jr., HOU at UTA: Over 15.5 Points

This is another surprisingly low line. Not only has Porter hit the over on this number in all four games, but he’s scored at least 18 points each time. He lit up the Jazz for 26 points Monday, shooting 8-for-19 from the field and 9-for-9 from the free-throw line.

One of the reasons for Porter’s increased scoring this season is that he’s put up 17.3 shot attempts per game, compared to 13.2 attempts per game last season. Alperen Sengun (illness) will miss his second straight game, which should put more scoring responsibilities on the shoulders of Porter. Another big scoring performance could be coming.
