NBA No House Advantage Player Props: Ball-Dominant James Harden Is Back

A nine-game slate in the NBA on Monday provides plenty of props to sift through on No House Advantage. Let’s narrow down the field by highlighting some favorable NBA player props to consider. Also, be sure to check out the NBA Bet Pro Tool to pick props.

NBA No House Advantage – Best NBA Player Props

James Harden, PHI vs. TOR: Over 7.5 Assists

Harden certainly wasn’t eased back into action after missing a month with a foot injury. He logged 38 minutes in his first game back and has played at least 36 minutes in all five games since returning. During that span, he recorded at least nine assists four times, including three games with at least 12. With Tyrese Maxey (foot) still not close to returning, Harden should continue to have the ball in his hands a ton.

The Raptors are missing one of their more versatile defenders in O.G. Anunoby. He has missed each of the last four games, with the Raptors allowing an average of 120 points per game during that stretch. Harden could reach double-digit assists in this matchup, let alone eight.

Devin Vassell, SA at HOU: Over 16.5 Points

This is not a great matchup between two bad teams. However, there are some exciting young players on both sides, including Vassell. He did not play the last time these two teams met, but he’s not on the injury report for their rematch. He has been one of the leading scoring options for the rebuilding Spurs, averaging 19.8 points per game to go along with his 24.8% usage rate.

Working in Vassell’s favor to hit this over is that the Rockets have the fifth-worst defensive rating in the league. Keldon Johnson (back) is listed as questionable, so if he can’t play, Vassell would be the undisputed top scoring options for the Spurs. Even if Johnson does play, Vassell has a large enough role with the team to exploit this juicy matchup.

Christian Wood, DAL at MIN: Over 15.5 Points

Wood has had a difficult time carving out extended playing time with his new team, averaging a modest 27 minutes per game. Still, he has provided 17.5 points per game while shooting 54.7% from the field. Even if he continues to come off the bench, he’s one of the best supporting scoring options that the team has behind Luka Doncic.

With Maxi Kleber (hamstring) out, Wood has played at least 30 minutes in each of the last three games. He has taken full advantage of his added playing time, scoring at least 20 points in each game. Combine that with the Timberwolves playing at the third-fastest pace in the league, and Wood could be in line for a productive scoring night.

Luguentz Dort, OKC vs. POR: Over 14.5 Points

Dort is only averaging 13.9 points per game, which would be his lowest mark since his rookie season. He continues to struggle with his efficiency, shooting 40.2% from the field. His usage rate has also declined to 20.6%, which is down from 23.3% last season.

The reason to like the over here is that the Thunder will play this game without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (back), Josh Giddey (illness), Jeremiah Robinson-Earl (ankle) and Darius Bazley (illness). They all sat out Saturday against the Grizzlies, leaving Dort to score 24 points over 31 minutes. He had 14 field goal attempts and eight free-throw attempts in that game, compared to his season averages of 12.0 shot attempts and 3.3 free-throw attempts. Look for him to be one of the Thunder’s leaders in usage rate because of their limited depth chart.
