Anthony Edwards H/L Than 24.5 Points

In 37 minutes of action during Game 1, Anthony Edwards managed just 18 points on 38.5% shooting — a disappointing outing for the Timberwolves’ star.

But it wasn’t an anomaly. Edwards has proven to be a volatile scorer in the postseason. He’s certainly capable of going for 40 on any given night, but he’s also been held under 25 points in 6 of 11 games this postseason.

I’m expecting another underwhelming performance tonight. Oklahoma City owns the league’s best defense, and what we saw in Game 1 was no fluke.

With the Timberwolves lacking offensive depth, the Thunder can afford to focus their attention on Edwards, force the ball out of his hands, and dare others to beat them.

That makes it tough to see him clearing 24.5 points in Game 2.

Underdog Fantasy Pick’em Prediction: Anthony Edwards Lower Than 24.5 Points

Rudy Gobert H/L Than 7.5 Rebounds

One of the more surprising stat lines from Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals was Rudy Gobert grabbing just three rebounds.

That’s a clear outlier for the Timberwolves’ big man, who averaged 11 boards per game during the regular season and 9 per game throughout the playoffs.

The good news? Sportsbooks have overreacted — dropping his rebound prop to 7.5. This presents a strong buy-low opportunity. Gobert is still anchoring the paint, and with expected returns to the mean, this number feels a bit too low.

Stokastic’s NBA DFS Projections agree, pegging Gobert for 9 rebounds tonight.
