College Basketball DFS Projections

For Tuesday night’s slate, our projections have highlights a couple Wisconsin Badgers players for their opener against the South Dakota Coyotes. Forward Tyler Wahl ($6,500) leads the way for all players with a projection of 26.59 for the opening game, with guard Chucky Hepburn ($6,500) projecting 24.31 points.

Wahl is in his senior season at Wisconsin and has continued to improve each season. His 11.4 ppg as a Junior was the most in his career, and Wisconsin will likely be looking to him even more this season after losing their top 2 scorers, Johnny Davis (19.7 ppg, 8.2 rpg) and Brad Davison (14.1 ppg, 4.0 rpb) following last year.

Other players highlighted in the opening games include Memphis guard Kendric Davis ($8,500) who was 32nd in the nation with 19.2 PPG last year in his junior season.  For Memphis’ game against Vanderbilt on Monday, we have Davis projected at 26.55 DFS points.

Davis — a preseason All-American after winning AAC Player of the Year during the 2021-22 season — has been out of practice and sat out the team’s exhibition against Lane College after tweaking his ankle, but head coach Penny Hardaway expects him to be a full go for Monday night’s game.

“Kendric is doing much better. I don’t think his status is in question at all for Monday,” said Hardaway last week. “We wouldn’t be able to hold him out of that game. He will probably try to practice (Saturday) or Sunday, but he looks good over on the sideline.”

Be sure to use our projections to give you and edge all season long!
