In DFS, Allen is slightly more expensive than Mahomes at $8,200 to $8,00 but we still see more value in the Bills quarterback. Per Stokastic’s NFL DFS Player Compare Tool, Allen has a 28.49 protection, while Mahomes projects at 21.66.
Through five weeks of the season, Allen has looked like the clear front runner to win the MVP Award. He currently leads the NFL in yards passing (1,651) and is second in touchdowns with 14. However, Mahomes isn’t far behind the Bills superstar.
Mahomes is currently fifth in yards passing with 1,398 and first in touchdowns passing with 15.
The showdown between Mahomes and Allen on Sunday is bound to provide plenty of fireworks, with both Mahomes and Allen trying to prove they are the very best quarterback in the NFL.
For this matchup, the slight edge goes to Allen on paper, but no one would be surprised if Mahomes matches him every step of the way.
