NFL TNF No House Advantage Best Player Props: Terrace Marshall Jr. Receiving Yards

For the second time in three weeks, the Carolina Panthers will take on the Atlanta Falcons. This time, it will be on Thursday Night Football. This isn’t exactly the most exciting of matchups given their combined 6-12 record, so let’s try to spice things up by playing on No House Advantage. There are two types of contests to play, “Pick ‘Em” and “Vs The House.” Let’s try to help narrow down the field by highlighting some of the best props to target. Also, check out our NFL Player Props Tool to help you make all of your selections. Let’s dive into the best No House Advantage NFL TNF Player Props, including Terrace Marshall Jr.

NFL TNF Player Props: No House Advantage

P.J. Walker: Under 1.5 Passing Touchdowns

Week 9 was a disaster for Walker and the Panthers. They were dismantled by the Bengals, with Walker throwing two interceptions and completing only three of his 10 pass attempts before being pulled. He was replaced by Baker Mayfield, who completed 14 of 20 pass attempts for 155 yards and two touchdowns. Even with how poorly Walker played, the Panthers have decided that he will remain the starter for this short week.

Walker had one passing touchdown the last time these two teams met, which came on a miracle 62-yard reception in the final 20 seconds. The Panthers have options at quarterback with Mayfield healthy again, and even Sam Darnold was activated from IR this week. If Walker struggles early, he could get pulled early again. Even if he stays in the entire game, it’s difficult to imagine him throwing at least two touchdown passes with the Panthers’ struggling offense.

DJ Moore: Over 62.5 Receiving Yards

Moore was the one who caught the 62-yard touchdown against the Falcons in Week 8, finishing the game with six receptions for 152 yards. Prior to that, he caught seven passes for 69 yards against the Buccaneers in Week 7. However, his run of success was short-lived with him catching only two passes for 24 yards versus the Bengals last week.

If there was a bright side to Moore’s muted stat line last week, it’s that he was targeted six times. He hasn’t received fewer than six targets in a game this season. The Falcons have allowed the most passing yards per game in the league, so look for Moore to have a productive bounce-back game.

Terrace Marshall Jr.: Over 31.5 Receiving Yards

A second-round pick in the 2021 Draft, Marshall was only targeted 30 times across 13 games last season. He still hasn’t been heavily involved for the Panthers, but he does have 23 targets over six games. He had a season-high nine targets against the Falcons in Week 8, which he turned into four receptions for 87 yards.

What’s really encouraging for Marshall is that he has been targeted a combined 15 times over the last two games. In addition to his 87-yard performance against the Falcons, he went for 53 yards and a touchdown against the Bengals. With how poorly the Falcons have been at defending the pass, Marshall has a favorable opportunity to reach the over on this small number. The NFL Player Props Tool has him projected to finish with 44.4 receiving yards.

Olamide Zaccheaus: Under 2.5 Receptions

The Falcons’ offense is built around their running game. As a result, Marcus Mariota has attempted at least 30 passes in a game only one time this season. In six of the last seven games, he has attempted 25 passes or fewer. In total, he is only averaging 13.8 completions per game.

With Mariota completing so few passes, Zaccheaus has produced a lot of underwhelming stat lines. He caught his lone target against the Panthers in Week 8, and he has two or fewer receptions in six of nine games this season. The Falcons are healthy at running back with Cordarrelle Patterson back, so expect them to continue to run the ball a lot, leaving Zaccheaus with limited targets.
