Best NHL PrizePicks Projections: Package Brad Marchand & David Pastrnak Against Canadiens? (March 23)

The Boston Bruins are flying high atop the Eastern Conference and will continue their pursuit of a historically dominant season when they take on the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday night. PrizePicks users have benefitted from the Bruins’ prowess all season long, and OddsShopper’s tools have highlighted forwards David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand in their best NHL PrizePicks projections for Thursday.

Best NHL PrizePicks Projections: Go With Bruins Forwards?

OddsShopper Premium has recently introduced a set of tools to help bettors gain an advantage on the board on a daily basis. One of those tools includes a popular PrizePicks Parlay Builder that has already seen tremendous results. The models have circled the over 4.5 shots for David Pastrnak & over 2.5 shots for Brad Marchand as two of the top plays.

Best NHL PrizePicks Projections: David Pastrnak O/U 4.5 Shots

Pastrnak enters the matchup against the Canadiens leading the team in points (93) and goals (48). He has already fired off a career-high 33 shots on goal, good for 4.75 per game. He has also been ripping shots at a high clip of late, firing off over 4.5 in each of his last four games, including tallying seven in the 2-1 win over the Ottawa Senators on Tuesday. The Bruins should be able to log plenty of time in the offensive zone against a Canadiens team that sits in last place in the Atlantic Division. Go with the over on Pastrnak shots in this one.

Best NHL PrizePicks Projections: Brad Marchand O/U 2.5 Shots

There is a large drop-off in points for the Bruins after Pastrnak, but Marchand is sitting next on the team with 63. His 20 goals rank third on the team. The 34-year-old has been a model of consistency for the Bruins with both his offensive production and defensive-minded approach, scoring at least 20 goals in all but one of his 13 NHL seasons.

He sits at exactly 2.56 shots on goal per game, but like Pastrnak, should be able to benefit from the lopsided matchup against the Canadiens.

The OddsShopper PrizePicks Parlay Builder gives both Marchand and Pastrnak a 55% chance of reaching the over in shots on goal, making them both strong plays. But readers should check out OddsShopper Premium for most top NHL player props on the packed 12-game NHL slate!

Best PrizePicks Plays: David Pastrnak Over 4.5 shots, Brad Marchand Over 2.5 shots
