Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl Odds: Is Tom Brady’s Team Back in Contention After Back-to-Back Wins?

After a comeback win over the Los Angeles Rams in Week 9, the struggling Buccaneers were able to string together another victory during their Week 10 game against the surprisingly sound Seattle Seahawks, winning 21-16 in a wire-to-wire effort. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl odds (+1800) are now among the top ten betting favorites to win the championship, behind only the Bills, Chiefs, Eagles, Cowboys, Ravens, 49ers and Vikings.

Are Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers back to their preseason standing as Super Bowl contenders? Check out the full Super Bowl odds below, via DraftKings:

The Bucs still have a long way to go before they're in the upper echelon of contenders in the NFC, and they know it. Offensive struggles have plagued them all season long, and a 21-point performance isn't going to go too far in easing the worries surrounding Brady's unit.

"I think the frustrating part is we just haven't played to the way we're capable of playing -- that's for a number of different reasons," Brady said before Week 10 "This is a very important game for us -- we have a bye week after this. It gives you a chance to kind of evaluate where you're at and I'd much rather evaluate being 5-5 than being 4-6. We've got to just win this game and it'll take care of that."

While there's some work to be done, the Buccaneers find themselves in a much better position than they were just two weeks ago. The Bucs (5-5) have now taken over sole possession of first place in the laughably-bad NFC South, as the Falcons (4-6) are the closest to Tampa even after an ugly loss to the Carolina Panthers on Thursday Night Football.

In all likelihood, the Buccaneers will cruise to the division crown and be granted the opportunity to fix their offense on the fly thanks to how bad the NFC South shakes out. And once Tom Brady gets into the playoffs, you can never count him out. Watch out for the Buccaneers Super Bowl odds going forward.
