Bengals vs. Browns Best Player Prop Bets: Tee Higgins Flourishes Monday Night (October 31)

Week 8 will conclude with a divisional showdown between the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals. Let’s look at the best Bengals-Browns player prop. For more NFL bets and NFL Props be sure to visit the OddsShopper tool.

Bengals-Browns Player Prop Week 8 MNF

Nick Chubb O/U 0.5 Touchdowns

Chubb has been a workhorse for the Browns all season long. He’s surpassed over 15 carries a game in 6 of 7 games this season and has found the endzone in 5 of them with a total of 8 to lead the NFL. Teammate and running back mate Kareem Hunt‘s name have surfaced around trade rumors since the offseason and could potentially be his last game in a Browns uniform. The last thing the Browns want to do is overwork Hunt and have him sustain an injury.

The  Bengals have been stout in the red zone this season, especially against the run. They’ve only allowed 2 rushing touchdowns in the red zone and hold opponents to a 38% touchdown rate, second best behind the Denver Broncos. Chubb has arguably been the best running back this season and the Bengals have yet to face a back of his caliber. Other than Alvin Kamara, who isn’t the same downhill runner as Chubb, the Bengals haven’t faced elite talent out of the backfield. They squared off against the Atlanta Falcons last week and Tyler Allgeier scored on a 1-yard run.

Cleveland has a 73% touchdown rate in the red zone at home and Chubb has scored in 11 of the last 17 games at FirstEnergy Stadium. Expect some tough running from the Georgia product in this AFC North battle.

Best Bengals-Browns Player Prop: Nick Chubb OVER 0.5 Touchdowns -115 (DraftKings)

Tee Higgins O/U 76.5 Yards Receiving

Injuries are piling up for both teams before tonight’s game. Superstar wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase will be sidelined for this one which will force Higgins to step up in a big way. Browns star cornerback Denzel Ward will also miss this game with a concussion sustained back in Week 5. Greg Newsome will most likely get the assignment on Higgins who will have a four-inch height disadvantage.

Higgins is one of the best No. 2 wide receivers in the league. He’s averaging 65 yards per game which includes a zero spot against the Baltimore Ravens where he played 10 snaps. He’s back to full strength and it showed last week. He caught five passes for 93 yards in a routing of the Falcons.

These 2 rivals have had close battles over the last few years, and both are fighting to keep up with the 5-3 Ravens. Expect Joe Burrow to look for Higgins down the field with his jump ball ability.

Best NFL Player Prop: Tee Higgins OVER 76.5 Yards Receiving -125 (DraftKings)

Same-Game Parlay: Nick Chubb Anytime Touchdown, Tee Higgins Anytime Touchdown, Tee Higgins OVER 74.5 Yards Receiving +400 (DraftKings)
