Does anybody want to win the AFC South?
Through five weeks of the NFL season, we’ve seen the Indianapolis Colts and Jacksonville Jaguars take over the mantle as the betting favorite to win the lowly division, but after the Houston Texans pulled off the upset against a rejuvenated Jaguars team, it’s now the Titans who have taken over as favorites ahead of Week 6.

It’s a clear three-horse race in the AFC South, with the Titans (3-2), Colts (2-2-2) and Jaguars (2-3) all failing to assert themselves as a real contender in the conference. Given the lack of dominance in the division, all three teams will have an opportunity to get things moving in the right direction in the final 13 weeks of the season.
In Week 5, the Titans were able to take over the lead in the division with a less than convincing 21-17 win over the Washington Commanders on the road, while the Colts beat the Denver Broncos 12-9 on Thursday night in one of the worst prime time games we’ve ever seen.
“Got some good things going, need to clean up some things, but got some good things going and just want to keep the foot on the gas and keep going,” Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill said via The Associated Press.
Now that the Titans have rebounded from a tough 0-2 start, they will try to use their Week 6 bye to build on the momentum they’ve created with three straight wins.
“This is when it falls, and certainly we’ll use the time best to our advantage to try to get guys back healthy, give some guys some rest that have played a lot of football for us and we’ll see if (we can) find ways to improve,” coach Mike Vrabel said Monday.
The Colts travel to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars in a massive divisional game on Sunday afternoon. Indianapolis is a 2.5-point favorite (FanDuel).
