Best PrizePicks NBA Player Predictions: Devin Booker a Great Taco Pairing (February 6)

It’s Taco Tuesday on PrizePicks, and that means we get to take advantage of some discounted projections, wagering up to $25 on that entry. We’ll need to pair the taco with another play or two, so let’s see what tonight’s seven-game slate has in store for us. The slate tips off at 7 p.m. ET in Indiana for Rockets-Pacers. Fred VanVleet is out for Houston, while the status of Tyrese Haliburton is in question as the Pacers continue to manage his minutes. We have three games with totals above 240 and three games with totals of 217 or lower. The biggest news of the day is in Milwaukee, as the Bucks’ Damian Lillard and Brook Lopez are both questionable to play against the Suns. Let’s dive into the best PrizePicks NBA picks and player predictions for Feb. 6, starting with Devin Booker. Need more action? Our PrizePicks optimizer has plenty more picks waiting for you to view, and our PrizePicks guide can help you make the sharpest plays possible.

Best PrizePicks NBA Predictions: Devin Booker & More

Devin Booker M/L 43 Fantasy Score

Devin Booker comes into this game averaging 49.7 fantasy points per game over the last 10 games with Bradley Beal in the lineup. The Suns have the second-best offensive rating over that stretch and rank seventh on the season, getting a matchup with the Bucks, who rank fourth in offensive rating. This game has the highest total on the night at 244.

This is a great game environment for offense with a high total, and the Bucks ranking third in pace and 19th in defensive rating. More specifically, the Bucks allow 51.4 fantasy points per game to opposing point guards, the fifth most in the NBA. Even with Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal averaging 35+ minutes each over the last 10 games, Booker leads the team with a 31.5 usage rate. Durant and Beal are both between 23% and 25%.

Best PrizePicks NBA Player Prediction: Devin Booker More Than 43 Fantasy Score

Luka Doncic M/L 28.5 Points (Taco)

Generally, these taco discounts are pretty good and carry tons of value. However, we have seen that image on X of NASA headquarters celebrating with the caption “PrizePicks HQ selling everyone” way too often. I don’t think we’ll see that with this Luka Doncic taco, though.

Doncic leads the NBA in scoring at 34.5 points per game and gets a great matchup against Brooklyn. Both Brooklyn and Dallas played last night. Doncic is only averaging 28.2 points per game in the five games he’s played on no rest, and Kyrie Irving is also back for Dallas, eating into Doncic’s usage and limiting his ceiling, but with a 14% discount on this projection, he still has a great chance to go over in a good matchup. Brooklyn allows the third-most points to point guards and ranks 19th in defensive rating.

Best PrizePicks NBA Player Prediction: Luka Doncic More Than 28.5 Points (Taco)

Andrew Nembhard M/L 18.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

Andrew Nembhard is expected to start again tonight in a tough matchup against Houston, who ranks sixth in defensive rating. Nembhard averages 18.9 points + Rebounds + Assists in 16 games as a starter this season, slightly more than this projection. So let’s get into why the under is the play.

First of all, the under is currently the best play on OddsShopper for PrizePicks. With a 6% EV and true odds of -136, we see that most books are juiced to the under, while FanDuel has this listed at 17.5. We’ll likely see this get bumped to 18.0 shortly, so get it while you can.

Another good reason to take less than is the opportunity. Even with Haliburton limited to about 22 minutes, Nembhard only played 27 in their last game against Charlotte. If Haliburton doesn’t play, Nembhard should get more usage, but since the Pacers added Pascal Siakam, Nembhard is just fourth on the team in usage with Haliburton off the court.

Best PrizePicks NBA Player Prediction: Andrew Nembhard Less Than 18.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
