DeAndre Hopkins Props: Bettors All Over Star Receiver for Monday Night Football

Is DeAndre Hopkins in for another massive performance when the New England Patriots take on the Arizona Cardinals on Monday Night Football? Ahead of the matchup, bettors are all over DeAndre Hopkins player props.

DeAndre Hopkins Props Popular

Per BetMGM’s John Ewing, the top three most popular prop bets for the Monday night game are DeAndre Hopkins to score the first touchdown (+750), Hopkins anytime touchdown (-105) and James Conner under 61.5 yards rushing (-120).

Since returning from suspension in Week 7, Hopkins has re-claimed his role as one of the very best receivers in the game. In just six games, Hopkins already had 49 receptions for 574 yards and three touchdowns. However, he has has a small drop-off since his monster performances in the first two games of his season. He had 159 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 8, and despite not going over 100 yards, Hopkins still managed to find the end zone twice in those four games.

Bill Belichick’s Patriots defense has also been especially stingy against receivers throughout the season, ranking eighth in the league in fantasy football points allowed to wideouts through 13 weeks. But Buffalo Bills star receiver Stefon Diggs was still able to go off for seven receptions, 92 yards and a touchdown during their last game.

With the Patriots currently sitting as 2.5-point favorites not he road, bettors are slightly favoring their side. According to the BetMGM report, 56% of bets and 67% of money is on the Patriots to cover the spread against a disappointing 4-8 Cardinals team. In their last game before the bye week in Week 13, the Cardinals lost 25-24 to the Los Angeles Chargers.

Expect Arizona to target Hopkins throughout the matchup, as his production will prove to be a vital part of their chances to pull off the upset at home.
