We’re not picking the star of nationwide Pizza Ranch commercials to be a world-beater tonight, we’re just looking for one passing touchdown. This is a number Cousins has eclipsed in every game this season, so we should be able to mark this one down as a win, despite facing a tough San Francisco defense.

George Kittle 3+ Receptions (Alt MNF Player Prop)
If you look at George Kittle’s game logs, they can be a bit hit or miss. In six games this season, the San Fran tight end has recorded three catches in four of them. The Vikings allow the 11th-most receptions per game to tight ends (5.33). With the 49ers being a tad banged up entering tonight’s game — Deebo Samuel is out, Christian McCaffrey has an oblique issue — I think we should see an uptick in targets for Kittle. He’s the No. 1 option tonight against a Vikings defense that is giving up the most receptions per game to opposing wide receivers (16.67). 49ers -1.5 (Alt Spread)
The Vikings are truly atrocious. The two wins they’ve gotten this season have come against the woeful Chicago Bears and Carolina Panthers. That shouldn’t instill a lot of confidence in anyone. The 49ers-Vikings point spread is set at 49ers -7, which is probably right, even with all the injuries they’re dealing with. But let’s tinker with the line a bit just in case the 49ers don’t come out in a full blaze. Let’s take the -1.5 alternate spread and cover our bases here with some kind of backdoor cover from the Vikings.
