Mike Williams vs. Keenan Allen: Who Has More Fantasy Football, DFS Value in SNF?

The Los Angeles Chargers got some good news regarding receivers Mike Williams and Keenan Allen ahead of their Sunday Night Football game against the Kansas City Chiefs. With the wide receivers set to return from injury, let’s take a look at the Mike WilliamsKeenan Allen fantasy questions for traditional and DFS formats.

Mike WilliamsKeenan Allen Fantasy Football and DFS Ranking

Per our weekly fantasy football rankings, Williams (No. 21) is slightly ahead of Allen (No. 35). Using our player compare tool, Williams projects at 11.93 points, with Allen at 9.10.

With our DFS rankings, Williams ($9,000) is expected to have a bit more value than Allen ($8,600). ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported that Williams should be a full-go, while Allen will likely be on a 30-35 play snap count.

Even after not playing since Week 7, Williams remains the Chargers’ receiving leader with 37 receptions for 495 yards and three touchdowns. The top two receivers in San Diego’s 22-16 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 10 were DeAndre Carter and Joshua Palmer. Carter has 28 receptions for 346 yards and two touchdowns, and Palmer has 37 receptions for 390 yards and one touchdown.

The Chargers will now have the luxury of four wideouts in the fold whom quarterback Justin Herbert feels comfortable with, which will undoubtedly give them a boost when trying to pull off the upset against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.

When these teams faced off in Week 2, the Chiefs were able to come away with a 27-24 victory. Though Keenan Allen was out for that matchup, Mike Williams hauled in eight receptions for 113 yards and one touchdown. Expect Herbert to target Williams often again on Sunday night.

Kansas City is a 5.5-point favorite over Los Angeles (per DraftKings).
