Cavaliers-Clippers Odds and Predictions: Cleveland Continue to Roll Against the Clippers

The Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Clippers will face off for the first time Monday night in Los Angeles. The Cavaliers are on an eight game winning streak including last night against the Lakers 114-100 where Donovan Mitchell had 33 points, while the Clippers lost at home to the Utah Jazz last night 110-102. Let’s take a look at the Cavaliers-Clippers prediction and odds for Monday, Nov. 7.

This line has opened with Cleveland as -1.0-point road favorites and strong money is on the Cavaliers who are now -4.5. The total opened at 220.0 and and has dropped to 213.5. The Clippers will be without Kawhi Leonard and John Wall. They also list Reggie Jackson and Luke Kennard as game-time decisions.  Bettors should head to DraftKings Sportsbook to tail the following Cavaliers-Clippers odds and predictions.

Best Cavaliers-Clippers Odds & Predictions

Cavs off to impressive 8-1 start

Outside of a close three point loss to the Raptors opening night, the Cavs have won every game this season with an 8-1 record. They are 7th in offensive rating, 2nd in defensive rating, and 1st in Net rating.  The addition of Donovan Mitchell has paid off immediately as he is averaging 31.4 ppg, 6.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds, 1.5 steals, and 0.8 blocks. The combination of Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen have become of the best interior defensive duos in the NBA. Even though this is a back-to-back, there was no travel as the Cavs stayed in Los Angeles and there is no word about anyone having a minutes restriction.

When looking at Vegas data, the Cavaliers are 8-1 ATS and 7-2 to the OVER on their team totals.

Clippers struggle to find identity

The Clippers are 5-5 through the first 10 games, but they are 30th in offensive rating and have to load manage the key players on the roster. Kawhi Leonard is already out with a knee injury and John Wall will not play tonight on the end of the back-to-back. They are 30th in offensive rating, 4th in defensive rating, and 25th in net rating. The Clippers are 1-9 ATS and 0-10 to the UNDER on their team total.

Final Odds & Pick

If this game was played three weeks ago, the Clippers would have been at least -6 point favorites at home which shows how much this line has truly moved. Even still, because of the back-to-back situation with the Clippers, they could be in for a beatdown by the Cavaliers tonight. This Cavs team is looking very strong on both ends and I agree with the strong line movements on both their side and total going under. I am adding in a bonus bet of Clippers under based on the Cavs defense and their projected lineup.

Cavaliers-Clippers Pick: Cavs -4.5; Additional Bets: UNDER 213.5 (DraftKings); Clippers UNDER 104.5 (DraftKings -110)
