Best PrizePicks NBA Props | November 27

Karl-Anthony Towns Over 30.5 Points + Rebounds

The Timberwolves host the Warriors in what projects to be a competitive and high-scoring game. It has the highest total of the day (currently sitting at 236.5), with Golden State currently favored by 1.5 to 2.0 points. Given the expected game environment, several players should have productive outings, including Karl-Anthony Towns.

Towns averages 21.4 points and 8.7 rebounds (13.9 rebound chances) per game this season and has a great matchup today. Golden State has the league’s ninth-worst defensive rating, allowing opposing teams to average 117.5 points and roughly 45 rebounds per game, third most and seventh most, respectively. The Warriors are particularly vulnerable to the power forward position, allowing 24.75 points (most in the league) and 10.15 rebounds (13th most) per game to opposing power forwards.

Looking at Towns props, combined points plus rebounds (30.5) seems to have the most value. While Towns went over today’s rebounds prop (8.5) in nine out of 19 games this season and over his points prop (22.5) in 10, he went over the combined prop in 11 games (including in three of his last five). Towns is expected to do so again tonight, as he is currently projected for 22.2 points and 9.5 rebounds in today’s game. While both his rebounds prop and combined prop are of value, the preferred bet here is taking the over on the combined total. It also encouraging that some books have it at 31.5, a point higher than the PrizePicks line

Rudy Gobert Over 12.5 Rebounds

Like Towns, Rudy Gobert also has a favorable matchup with Golden State’s vulnerable frontcourt. Leading the league in both rebound chances (22.9) and rebounds (12.8) per game, Gobert went over today’s rebound prop in nine out of 17 games this season. He should continue finding success cleaning the boards against a Golden State team that allows the sixth-most rebounds (16.20) to opposing centers. Given the positive team and individual matchup, Gobert’s favorable projection of 13.7 rebounds in today’s game isn’t surprising. Taking the over on Gobert’s rebounds prop (12.5) should prove profitable.

Best PrizePicks Prop: Rudy Gobert Over 12.5 Rebounds

Kevin Durant Over 5.0 Assists

Kevin Durant is a willing and capable passer, averaging 9.5 potential assists and 5.4 assists per game this season. He is distributing the ball even better lately, averaging 10.3 potential assists and 6.1 assists per game across 13 games this month. Durant had five or more assists in seven of his last 10 games and in all four of Brooklyn’s last four games playing with Kyrie Irving back in the lineup. Today’s game is a good opportunity for him to have at least that many considering that Portland is a favorable matchup for assists. While Portland plays at the league’s third-slowest pace and limits its opponents to only 110.3 points per game (10th fewest), it allows opposing teams to average 26.7 assists, sixth most in the league.

Durant is projected for 5.5 assists in today’s game, and the over on his assists prop (4.5) on most books is heavily juiced (around -160), As such, he should dish at least five assists in today’s matchup.
