Smith-Njigba's price isn't paying for upside. It's paying for target share. He's the one receiver Seattle can't scheme away from, so the board prices him for certainty, not for a spike week. You're not betting on a huge game here, you're betting on volume that shows up every week.
You're paying the ask, plus fees. That number is usually worse than what the book already has posted. Check both before you touch it.
That's why the sportsbook column sits next to the Kalshi price instead of standing alone. A wide gap between the two isn't automatically free money: Kalshi's ask already bakes in the exchange fee, and the book's odds already bake in the vig, so the two numbers are answering slightly different questions. Use the pair to sanity-check your own read, not to declare an edge the moment you spot daylight. When the numbers agree, that's two different pricing mechanisms landing on the same answer. When they don't, the disagreement is worth understanding before it's worth trading.

The 2+ gems this week: most backs watch their second-score price fall off a cliff once the first is priced in. Price's doesn't. His 2+ sits close enough to his 1+ that the market is treating him as a real red-zone piece, not a one-touchdown ceiling. That gap, not the raw number, is the actual signal. Henry and Hollins sit at the other end: score once or don't bother, and their 2+ price says exactly that.
The injury report moves this board more than any analysis does. A limited practice, a game-status change, a backup taking first-team reps: any one of those repriced this table within minutes last week. Check the live screen close to kickoff, not the number you're reading right now.
