Kalshi prices and sportsbook lines as of Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
The Giants are 2.5-point favorites at home, and it feels like a carrot being dangled. It is inside a field goal and I cannot do it, for two reasons: what Jeffery Simmons did to Philadelphia's line last week, and who is playing quarterback for New York. Titans moneyline, 43 cents on Kalshi.
Kickoff: Sunday, September 27, 1:00 PM ET, MetLife Stadium
The Game Lines
Kalshi in cents, bid and ask. Sportsbook column is the consensus line.

| Total: Over 40.5 Points | 45-46¢ | 39.5 |
| Moneyline: Giants Win | 57-58¢ | Giants -135 / Titans +114 |
New York is laying 2.5. On Kalshi, the Giants winning by three or more is 52 to 53 cents, and Tennessee to win outright is 42 to 43 cents, about +135, with the Giants at 57 to 58. The total is 39.5, the lowest on the slate; Kalshi's nearest rung, over 40.5, is 45 to 46 cents.

Ranks out of 32 through Week 2 of 2026, nflverse play-by-play. Run game = EPA per carry, passing = EPA per dropback, protection = sacks-plus-hits rate against pressure rate, explosive = rate of completions of 20-plus. O = that offense has the edge, D = the defense does.
Titans, best: explosive runs (6th), rushing efficiency (7th), explosive runs allowed (3rd). Worst: passing yards (30th), scoring (28th), pressure (28th).
Giants, best: success rate (11th), rushing yards (12th), explosive passes allowed (11th). Worst: explosive passes (32nd), ypa (29th), defense overall (32nd).
Jeffery Simmons Took Two Linemen And Put Them In The Ground
Tennessee lost 24-20 at home to Philadelphia and covered +7. I watched that game. Jalen Hurts threw a bad pick, but outside of that he carved up the secondary; the story was the Titans' front. Jeffery Simmons took Cam Jurgens and Jordan Mailata on two different plays and put them in the ground, and the pressure rate was nuts. Tennessee held Philadelphia to 2.8 a carry with a 22% stuff rate and forced two turnovers. The defense allowed four completions of 20-plus, but it held up.
Cam Ward was 13 of 20 for 183 with zero deep attempts and ran for two scores. He has a long way to go and we do not know if he gets there, but he made a few decent throws, and Tony Pollard ran 14 times for 64. The Titans are 10-25-1 against the spread since 2024, the worst in the league, and 5-11 as a road dog. This is a moneyline call, not a trend call.
Winston Behind The Line That Could Not Protect Dart
Jameis Winston came in for Dart in Los Angeles and finished 11 of 27 for 111 with a pick, 0 for 4 deep, a completion rate 25 points under expected, two sacks and seven hits. The Giants' offense had a 27% success rate and went 3 of 14 on third down. Look at the pressure Winston faced against a Rams front without Myles Garrett; now put Simmons in front of him. If you cannot protect a quarterback who is more prone than anyone in the league to the terrible decision and the pick-six, it is a long day.
Dart's knee is worse than the MCL sprain that was reported Monday night; further testing Tuesday put season-ending surgery on the table. If that is what it is, the Giants are toast this year. Either way, it is Winston Sunday. The defense allowed 6.6 a carry to the Rams with a 0% stuff rate, six runs of 10-plus and five completions of 20-plus. Malik Nabers (shoulder) is questionable.
The Silver Lining Side
Tennessee is coming off a tough loss with bright spots it can build on: the front held up against a good line, the quarterback did not turn it over, and the run game moved. If it cannot beat Winston and a line that allowed 6.6 a carry, Robert Saleh might be gone before some of these other coaches. At 43 cents, I am willing to take that.
The Pick
Titans moneyline.Tennessee to win is 42 to 43 cents on Kalshi, about +135 at the books.
Forget the 2.5 points. If the read is right, the Titans win the game.
Injury Report
- Jaxson Dart. Possible season-ending surgery per ESPN; not playing. Winston starts.
- Malik Nabers. Shoulder, questionable. He is the one Giants weapon Winston can lean on.
- Tennessee's front. Simmons against a Giants line that allowed two sacks and seven hits to a Rams rush without Garrett.
- Weather. Mid-50s, wind around 13 miles an hour, 39% chance of rain in the Meadowlands. With Winston throwing, wind matters.
