Soccer Transfer Odds: Every Next-Club Market, Priced
The transfer window has a prediction market now, and it is bigger than most people realize: Kalshi currently lists next-club boards on 26 players, each one settling on where the player is under contract before October 2, 2026. Some are as good as decided. Some are dead-even coin flips between two shirts. And the single deepest board on the exchange says the reigning era's best holding midfielder is leaving Manchester City. This is the permanent hub for all of it; the table rebuilds as the window moves. The money is concentrated in three stories: Rodri, whose board prices Barcelona at 88 cents on about 221,000 matched contracts, the exchange's deepest transfer market; Julian Alvarez, a live race with Atletico at 51.5 and Barcelona at 28 on 179,000; and Mohamed Salah, whose next-league market has Turkey's Super Lig at 99 cents after his Liverpool exit. The Races The Market Cannot Call
Five boards trade like coin flips, and they are the pages worth refreshing:
- Julian Alvarez: Atletico 51.5 vs Barcelona 28. The window's most-traded live race. A quarter of the book's probability sits on a Barcelona raid that would reshape two squads.
- Romelu Lukaku: Fenerbahce 51 vs Atlanta United 49. A European-or-MLS fork priced within two cents.
- Jean-Philippe Mateta: AC Milan 48.5 vs Juventus 43.5. An Italian bidding war in market form.
- Kenan Yildiz: Juventus 47.5 vs Arsenal 44. Stay-or-go on Serie A's brightest young forward, dead even.
- Ferran Torres: Atletico 50 vs Barcelona 48.5. Zero matched volume yet, so treat the quotes as an opening argument, not a verdict.
The Boards The Panel Has Scored

The Salah and Haaland boards are agreement stories: the panel independently reproduced the market's near-certainty. The seat-level spread we stored tells you how firm that was: on Salah's league board every seat landed between 96% and 99% on the Turkish Super Lig, with the runner-up league at 1.2%; on Haaland, Manchester City drew 95.0% against 2.6% for Real Madrid and 1.0% for PSG. The Ronaldo long board is where the seats spent their disagreement: Sporting CP at 24.3%, Inter Miami at 7.8%, LA Galaxy at 6.6%, Al-Hilal at 4.6%, and 45.5% on a destination the board does not list. Note the Ronaldo nuance the table compresses: his short-window board above prices an Al Nassr stay at 80 cents through October 2, while the separate long-horizon board (settling September 2027) prices where he goes next, and there the panel splits hard from the market's MLS lean. What The Called Boards Say
The quiet story in the table is how many sagas the market considers over. Rodri to Barcelona at 88 cents is priced closer to an announcement than a rumor, on the deepest book in the set, and it lands months after the same panel scored him as a headline name on the Ballon d'Or board. Barcola to Liverpool trades at 76.5. Bruno Guimaraes to Arsenal at 98.5 and Michael Olise to Bayern at 96 are priced as formalities. And the stay-home contracts are their own genre: Kane at Bayern (95), Haaland at City (95.5), Vitinha and Joao Neves at PSG, Neymar finishing the story at Santos (80.5). When one of these "done" boards moves five cents, that is the market telling you a story broke before your feed shows it.
What Rebuilds This Page
- Deal announcements. Any club-record signing in the table's top tier re-ranks the whole board within the hour; prices on this page refresh on our standard cycle.
- The October 2 settlement line. Every board resolves on the player's club before that date; stay-contracts pay out in bulk if the window closes quietly.
- New listings. The exchange added boards steadily through the window; new player events join the table as they open.
- Panel runs. Scored boards get linked as their verdicts publish, starting with the three above this weekend.
How To Read These Prices
- Eligibility. Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated event-contract exchange, not a sportsbook. 18+, availability varies by state as of August 2026.
- Stay-contracts are outcomes too. Most boards list the current club; a 95-cent "stay" is the market calling the saga over, not a missing market.
- Thin books flicker. Boards under ~5,000 contracts move on single trades; the Ferran Torres quotes have zero volume behind them. A price change without volume is a re-quote, not news.
- Not advice. These are model estimates and market prices, not predictions of fact and not financial advice.
The Bottom Line
Transfer rumors used to be untestable; now there is a price on every one of them, and the prices are opinionated: Rodri's era at City priced as ending, Alvarez a real two-club race, Salah's next chapter written in Istanbul at 99 cents, and five sagas the market flatly refuses to call. The panel's scored boards say the market is sharp where the books are deep and beatable where they are not, which is exactly what the graded record on the public model verdict scoreboard exists to test.
