The Titans are 11-27-1 against the spread since 2024. From top to bottom this is a terrible football team, and I'm not sure how it scores points. Indianapolis is 2-3 and gets an easy division game at home. Seven is a big number in the division. Until Tennessee proves it can put points on the board, I'm laying it: Colts -7.

The Worst Offense In Football
Tennessee lost 26-3 at home to Houston to fall to 0-5. Cam Ward went 23 of 36 for 170 with no touchdowns, and his longest completion went 23 yards. He can't connect on anything deep, and the Titans can't run it either. They've scored 10 or fewer in three of five games.
They're 6-12 against the spread as a road underdog since 2024 and have failed to cover the last five meetings with Indianapolis, including 41-20 and 38-14 losses last year.
Indianapolis Hasn't Been Great Either
The Colts lost 34-22 at Pittsburgh, and Daniel Jones went 1 for 10 on throws of 20 or more yards. The defense gave up 6.5 yards a carry. On paper the secondary is good, and it hasn't played that way. Jonathan Taylor is still in the backfield, though, and this is a different opponent from anything the Colts have seen. I expect them to own time of possession.
